Church Camp 2026 will be held at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort in Malaysia.

Early bird discount is open to the first 50 full-paying adult campers who register and make full payment.

The early bird discount will be refunded to qualifying campers after full payment is made.

Registration ends on 30 April 2026.

The booths are open on Sundays from 10.15 to 11.15am and 12.15 to 1.15pm.

We prefer payment via PayNow or bank transfer.

However, cash and cheques are also accepted.

Please proceed to the registration counter to complete your payment.

This is not recommended as there are a lot of logistical challenges.

However, you may seek assistance on this matter at the registration booth.

Yes, please indicate that you require a baby cot in the registration form.

The resort has 10 baby bathtubs available, but these come on a first come first service basis.

Yes, but you will need to make your own arrangement with the hotel for days outside of the church camp dates (15 to 19 June).

Please also inform the church camp committee if transport is only required for one way (SG - MY, or MY - SG only).

Campers who travel by bus for both directions are covered.

You will need to purchase your own travel insurance if you:

• take the bus only one way,

• make your own transport arrangements, or

• extend your stay.

Yes, you may bring your own dry food or snacks to the camp.

However, please note that all food brought must be halal-certified, and pork or durian is strictly not allowed on the hotel premises.

No. In order to facilitate smoother checkout for all campers, please ensure all additional services (i.e. food orders to room, spa, etc) are paid separately and not charged to the room.

In order to account for all campers during the camp, all campers are to remain within the campsite unless special arrangement has been made or approval obtained with the camp commandant.

Due to strong waves in Desaru, swimming in the sea is strictly prohibited during the camp to ensure the safety of all campers. Campers are encouraged to swim in the hotel pool instead.
